Every home we build is personal. No two are ever the same.
We primarily build in Bloomfield Hills, Birmingham, Franklin, West Bloomfield, and along the Woodward Corridor, as well as throughout Southeast Michigan. We have extensive experience building on a wide range of properties, especially on lakefront sites, and understand how to build on truly unique land.

We’re in this with you from day one.
Most of our homes take about 12–18 months from final design to move-in. Bigger, more complex projects can take a bit longer. We give you a tenative timeline during the construction process and keep you updated along the way.
Of course. We can also start a new plan from scratch.
You can tweak layouts, move walls, change finishes, add features, whatever helps us build a home that fits your needs and lifestyle.
